At Hoppery, every product is made just for you!We partner with Gelato, a trusted print-on-demand provider, to produce and ship your order locally or regionally — reducing delivery times and environmental impact.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Since our products are made to order, production times may vary slightly during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
2. Shipping & Delivery
After production, shipping typically takes:
- International shipping: 5–14 business days (depending on your location)
Note: These are estimated delivery times and may be subject to slight delays due to customs processing, carrier issues, or peak periods.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Local production: Whenever possible, Gelato fulfills your order from a production center near you to speed up delivery and minimize emissions.
4. Tracking Information
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country.
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders

- We will work directly with Gelato to locate your order or arrange a replacement if necessary.
