At Hoppery, every item is made just for you!
Because we produce on-demand through our amazing partner, Gelato, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or ordering errors.
But don't worry — if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right!

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defects:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@hoppery.eu
  • Include a clear photo of the item and a short description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice! (No return needed.)
  • 2. Order Issues

Common issues eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Print quality errors
  • Manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

Since all Hoppery items are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns for wrong size/color choice, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays beyond our control.
  • Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering. We want you to LOVE your gear! 💖
  • 4. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.

5. Exchanges

Because we create each piece just for you, we currently do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need help with sizing or style, reach out before you order — we're happy to advise!
